Looking to modify or cancel an order you've placed? If your new robot parts are still in Step 1 or 2 of our production process, you’re in luck! You can find additional information about our production process steps below. To begin your order update request, simply contact our helpful customer support team. If your order has already reached Step 3: Processing Order Details and Production Deposit Received, we are no longer able to cancel or modify it.

You can check the status of your order by contacting our customer support team. You will also be notified by email when your order has moved to the next step.
