7 Day Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product, Red Shirt Robotics return policy allows you to return the product purchased by you after obtaining an Red Shirt Robotics return material authorization (“RMA”) during the 7 day period following date you received the product. You can receive an RMA by contacting Customer Support. The product must be received by Red Shirt Robotics within 10 days after we are able to issue you an RMA. If the product is returned unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, we will exchange it or offer a refund of the purchase price paid. The refund will be made by crediting the account used to make the original purchase.
All products being returned must be packed in the original unmarked packaging including any user manuals, accessories and documentation that were shipped with the product. A 20% restocking fee will be applied on any opened product, and any damaged product or missing parts may result in damage or missing part fees. In order to receive the remaining refund amount the product must be returned to Red Shirt Robotics as outlined. The RMA number must be included with the returned product.
Shipping and handling charges, taxes paid, and any importation fees are not refundable. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Red Shirt Robotics. If you return product to Red Shirt Robotics without an RMA from Red Shirt Robotics:
- beyond the 10 day RMA issuance period, or
- without proper packaging,
Red Shirt Robotics retains the right to either refuse delivery or charge you a restocking fee.
The time to credit your account may vary, so please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for Red Shirt Robotics to credit the account used to make the original purchase.
